Conserving Water in Bathroom
- Check pipes for leaks:
The leaks in your household that are unknown can waste up to 11,000 L of water every year.

- Waiting for hot water
Instead of wasting the cold water as you wait for it to heat up, use a bucket and collect it. You can use this cold water in the garden.

Conserving water in Kitchen
Load your dishwashers into its full capacity. If you dont have a dishwasher than use a sink full of water to rinse the dishes instead of running water.
Dont use pre-rinsing for every dish. Pre-rinsing the dishes can double your water use. You can collect the food waste before washing the dishes to save water and to prevent the wastewater system blockage.
