How Brain Cancer Can Be Prevented With Olive Oil Compound
We all know that olive oil is the perfect choice when it comes to cooking as olive oil has plenty of benefits as it reduces the risk of obesity, and remain good for beauty and skin health and heart disease and better the cognitive health but THIS time researchers found that olive oil helps the person to decrease the risk of brain cancer.
The brain cancer is actually the presence of a malignant tumor in the brain i.e. cancer cells that lead to cancer and enhances the risk of death but olive oil helps the person.
The study found the link of olive oil with the brain health as oleic acid prevents the protein MSI2 that blocks the production of microRNA-7 i.e. this cell was found in brain tissue that prevents cancer growing cells from growing and maintain the health of the person.
The research was conducted at University of Edinburgh’s where they say that olive oil in the person health will reduce the brain cancer cells or not but oleic acid will remove cancer growing cells as they test on human cells in their lab to make their discoveries.
The findings also show that low-fat diet worsens the cognitive health where the olive oil diet will enhance the health of the person during the study and the researchers suggest that one bottle of olive oil is the key to better brain health in the future!
The study concluded that olive oil is also the key to preventing from number of diseases that grow with the person age where the findings shows that dietary changes of the person will help to reduce the diseases such as brain cancer, oxidative stress and ADDLS which are protein toxic to the brain that can lead to dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
